Dedicated Service With Heart and Integrity

We require, as per state law, that ALL dogs & cats in our care be current on rabies, unless restricted by age, or medical waiver(a copy of this waiver must be provided). We require a copy of all rabies vaccines to be kept in our records. We highly recommend all basic vaccines such as distemper, lyme, bordetalla. While we do not require any of this vaccines, we do recommend them for all dogs.

We also highly recommend your dog be current on all flea/tick treatments, we are in the country! If you prefer to stay all natural please let us know ahead of time, so we can plan a bath schedule and discuss natural remedies we can use while your pet is with us to protect them, other pups, and our home.

We do not require a deposit on any standard stay, with full balance due before the beginning of their stay. We require a 50% deposit on all holiday bookings at time of booking if you want the spot held. This deposit is only refundable as credit towards future stays.Cancellations are typically refunded as a credit toward future bookings, with the exception of medical emergencies, natural disaster, etc...and is at our discretion. However, we never want to cause undue hardship and always ask that you communicate with us.

Yes, we ask that ALL behavioral issues be told to us honest and upfront, as we are always willing to work with them, or refer you to and help you find a facility best suited to your pup. We are able to seperate a section of our home that has direct access to the fenced yard, allowing them to stay in a home environment(albeit downsized), and still get one on one care, while not risking them, our own pets, or others. Lying or knowingly being dishonest about major behavioral issues that are safety concerns will immediately result in cancellation of our services for all future bookings.

We offer a 10% discounts for teachers, military, first responders, and medical personnel(nurses, doctors, etc..)We are flexible with extended stays, and always ask you reach out to us with any concerns, questions, emergency accomodations, etc...While this is a business and we do need to make money, we also see many of our clients as extended friends and family, and do our best to take care of them as such.
